Hi, I am Melanie.

From nature photography to families, I have loved capturing moments to have forever. My preferred method is always candid. There is something beautiful to a genuine moment of exchanged smiles, laughing and talking. When you capture people in the moment, off guard, they are unaware of their quirks and can be captured in way they may not see themselves and maybe bring a confidence, and realization they are in fact, photogenic.

In addition to Photography, I am an artist with a love of all mediums. My main focus is in Watercolors, gauche, acrylic, pastels & pen and ink.

My love of creating is always growing. In high school I attribute the love of many mediums because of the schools vast options in the arts. I was able to do pottery, stained glass, glass blowing and many other tools.

I am an intermediate knitter, who loves to sew, garden, bird watching, write & illustrate.
